Do I get copies of my digital files from the scans / photographs?

Yes we can give these to you! Unlike most print shop, we do not withhold your image files.

We are confident that our clients will choose to print with us due to our level of service, expertise and print quality; we understand artists like to keep a back up of their files.

If you like to share your work online or on social media, you can use our ‘web’ ready files, which are small scaled down thumbnails which look great on screen, yet are too small to download and print from!

We prefer to email you a link to download your image files from, or we can burn to a disk or memory stick if you like. We always keep back up copies of all your print files, on and off site.

*Please note we do have a charge for de-archiving files which are no longer in our ‘live’ system (typically after 3 years of non-activity).
